Gorgeous Double Room in Crofton Park/Brockley

I’m moving out of my gorgeous double room in our house in SE4. I’ve been here for 4 years and it’s been the perfect place to call home.

Just over a 5 minute walk to the Crofton Park station (Thameslink) which gets you into the city in around 20 minutes. We’re also a 15 minute walk from both Brockley and Honor Oak Park stations (Overground). Not too forget a short walk or even shorter bus into Peckham Rye.

You’ll be living with two professionals and a cat! Alicia (28) and Ellie (32) and Crumble!

The house has a lovely balance, housemate nights at the pub or restaurants and nights in together catching up and watching TV. We don’t tend to bring the party home to be respectful that this is everyone’s safe place.

The house is spacious with two bathrooms (one family, one ensuite), a huge living room, garden, and a driveway (the road outside is also all free parking).

Bills are roughly £120 on top and deposit is £961. The room itself will come completely unfurnished.

We’re looking for someone who is obviously tidy and respectful but most importantly someone who will be more like a friend than a housemate.

I’m slightly flexible on the move in date but latest move in would be 16th November.
