I’m looking for someone to replace me after I move out of my lovely flatshare in beautiful Brockley. The flat is a three min walk from Telegraph Hill Park and 5 min walk from Brockley station

The split-level flat is on Drakefell Road and you’d be taking over my unfurnished double bedroom with en suite. Although I’ve put the end of October, these dates are flexible as I’ve already got the keys to my new flat

We’re looking for a professional woman to join the household with the two other gals who will be staying in the flat. Socialising wise - they're both very busy with work/interests etc, but keen to have dinner together and always up for a good kitchen chat. It would work perfectly if you work in the office some days

Heads up that we love a tidy, clean home and would want someone who really values the space and looks after it too

Move in towards end of October (but can be flexible)

The split-level flat comprises 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine & dishwasher), a gorgeous lounge area and 1 shared bathroom. No garden access but we’re 3 minutes walk from the beaut Telegraph Hill park. On-street parking, permit free (ahhh) usually available outside on Drakefell Road

The room is unfurnished. It’s a good size for a double, with beautiful features

COSTS
- Rent: £800 p/m
- Bills: Around £140 per month (can flex up/down slightly) and Council Tax D
- Deposit: around £800 (will confirm with letting agent)

TRANSPORT
- Brockley (6 min walk)
- Nunhead (14 min walk)

CONTRACT
To rent towards end of October (can be flexible if needed)

We'll be holding viewings over the coming weeks. These will mostly be weekday evenings 7-9pm
