Are current housemate is heading to Australia at the end of October and so we are looking for a groovy new housemate for the start of November.

We are a fun chilled out household of two guys in our late 20s and early 40s if different professions who would ideally want someone who would be happy to hang out and socialize, but we also greatly respect privacy.

This is a spacious double room in a great location with access to all the usual amenities, local shops, cafes with multiple train station and bus stops very close by.

We have some fantastic neighbours who also have a sweet and rather curious cat. So if you're a cat fan, that's a bonus.

We have multiple bus routes right outside our door as well as train stations a short walk away including: Brockley, New Cross, Deptford Bridge and St. John's.

The room is £809 per month and bill usually work out between £120-130 (but it does vary).

We will also need references.
