Nice two-bed flat in Brockley

I have a spare bedroom in my two-bed flat in Brockley (7 mins from Brockley station, 8 mins from St John’s, 12 mins from DLR at Deptford Bridge).
The room is medium-sized and currently unfurnished, but there is room for a double-bed. There is a large, shared kitchen-living room, with a big fridge, a projector/TV and a dishwasher. There is a single shared bathroom, with a combo bath-shower and also a big, shared garden at the back.
About me, I’m 35, a professional (urban design) and generally sociable (love music, gigs, reading, being creative etc).
The rent is a bit cheaper than the average for this area because I want to find someone who’s similarly-minded but also has a job and their own social life (and is fairly clean haha). It’s decent-sized but not a huge flat, so it’s probably important that we generally have a good vibe together.
The start date is somewhat flexible if you need to move in earlier or later.
Council tax is £83 per month each, other bills come to £75ish per month.
