Room with Private Bathroom Zone 2

My husband and I, along with our two cats, are renting out the spare room of our first-floor, 2-bedroom flat in South East London, Zone 2. I use a corner of the room as my office when I work from home (10am to 4pm), but otherwise you will have sole use of it, as well as a private bathroom.

Location:
The closest station is St John's (Southeastern Rail), which is just under 10 mins walk away with direct trains to London Bridge (~8 mins) and London Cannon Street (~15 mins). As well as being on multiple bus routes. We are also within 15-20 mins walking distance of:
Brockley Station (Southern Railway and Windrush Line)
Lewisham Station (Southeastern Rail and DLR)
New Cross Station (Southeastern Rail and Windrush Line)
New Cross Gate Stations (Southern Railway and Windrush Line)

The room:
Single bed, which can be converted to a large double if preferred. Drawers and hanging space to keep your things.
You will have sole use of the full bedroom right next to the room, which as a lockable door. It contains a bath, with a shower head over the bath, and space for you toiletries if needed.
You are welcome to use the kitchen as needed, with space to store your things as needed.

About us:
I (Janique) am a university lecturer, and Tom is currently on a career break, with a background in Digital Marketing. We live with our two adult house-cats, Chaos and Disarray. We are in our late 30s and have lived in the area for 9 years.

We are looking for someone who can make use of the room between Monday and Friday, rather than a flatmate as such. For example, someone working a hybrid role who just needs a London base for their on-site days, who will be out during the days and is happy to mostly keep to themselves in the evenings. Ideally a maximum of 3 nights a week, although we can be flexible, and we'd be happy to discuss use of the room over the occasional weekend.
