The room is small but quite cosy. It is furnished with a single-bed, small desk, wardrobe with internal drawers, mirror, and lamps. There is wi-fi, use of a washing machine, a place to keep a bike, and free street parking, if you can find it!
The bathroom is shared with the other (tidy) lodger.
The kitchen and dining area is shared, but the living room is NOT. You are very welcome to use the garden.
This is a safe area, green and leafy. We are very near Hilly Fields park. There are good transport links to central London. We are walking distance to Goldsmiths.
I am a writer and retired teacher. I have three grown up children who generally do not live with me, although they do come and go.
Rent is £300 pcm, Monday - Friday ONLY, please.
