A double room available in a large 3 storey semi detached Victorian house on a quiet road.

Brockley is Zone 2 area and only 8 minutes walk from Brockley station (BR, London Overground) and St Johns station (BR) to London Bridge (10min), Charing Cross, Cannon street station (17min) and Shoreditch High street(20min). Also it is easy to commute to Docklands.

The house is very spacious and renovated in contemporary style. We have a beautiful big garden, spacious kitchen and 4 bathrooms. The room is on the top floor, fully furnished and double glazing window to keep warm in winter. A bathroom is shared by only one other female.

Wireless broadband, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer in the house.

We are a married couple with twin girls (14 year old) and a dog (goldendoodle, 2 year and 9 months old)) in the house.

All bills inclusive (electricity, gas, water, council tax & broadband etc).
