It's very convenient for the station - Brockley (about a 2min walk) which is in zone two, from which trains go to London bridge (8-15 mins). Or the overground to highbury and islington. Also it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Nunhead station, from which trains go direct to London Victoria or Blackfriars

For those who don't know Brockley, it is a really nice, friendly and welcoming area with many nice shops, pubs and cafes nearby. There is a lovely farmers market selling delicious food on Saturdays, a couple of really good restaurants and nearby supermarkets.

The room itself is quite big, it includes a built in wardrobe, a small set of drawers at the bottom, a desk and a double bed

The flat is split across two levels, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level and the living room/kitchen upstairs in the old attic space.

Rent is £550 plus bills which are £70 each.

Live-in landlord is typically at work or away with family at weekends.
