A Spacious Twin room in Victorian house for up to two people occupancy. It’s available from 13th August 2026 (dates flexible) . Situated on one of the nicest streets in the Brockley conservation area in zone 2. Access to communal kitchen & living rooms as well as a large English garden. Less than 5 minutes walk to Brockley station (for main line & overground services) and less than 10 minutes to St John's. If you are not familiar with the area here are some interesting facts. 10 Minutes journey time to London bridge station and from there almost any central London destination is a short hop! Many bus routes (day & night) and close access to the DLR for Docklands & the City. City airport is approx 20 min's drive. Gatwick, 30 min's by train. Gorgeous parks (with city skyline views) & open spaces within walking distance. Local Farmers market, bars, restaurants & pubs.
You will be sharing with a Family of four with two children & a CAT (Muffins) . We are a sociable family and enjoy good food, friends and spending time around the house. We like to keep a clean & tidy house and are very easy going with a broad outlook on life.
