Room in a two-bed flatshare

We are looking for someone to take over my room in a bright and warm, newly built flat in Bromley-by-Bow.

We are looking primarily for a long term let, but an option of a short term (July& August) is also available.

The flat has a two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/living room, and a massive balcony overlooking Canary Wharf. Bromley-by-Bow tube station (Hammersmith & City and District lines) is a 5–10 minute walk from the flat, so it’s very well connected to the City. The room and whole flat is cosy and has a lot of natural light.

You will be living with my current flatmate, Tattie, who is a dancer and a creative & her super sweet cat. We have a great set up for working from home in the living room which you can use :)

We are open to people, hence no specific description of the desired flatmate - but generally we are looking for someone chill but respectful - the classic flatmate mix we all read about 😊 our landlord is our good friend so we would like to keep that dynamic of a friendly & trusting co-living.

All bills are included in the rent (for couples the price is £1,450 per month including bills).
