I am looking for a female flatmate to share my current flat☺️ I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years and am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving in with her boyfriend!
The current contract is till 01/11 and I’ve already asked to extend it but I’m currently negotiating rent for after. Might go up slightly but not sure yet :/
* 2 bedrooms with brand new mattresses when we moved in
* 1 shared bathroom with a bathtub and good storage
* Open plan kitchen with a little balcony
* Corner flat so lots of light + flat stays warm in winter
* Underfloor heating
* A utility cupboard + a storage room for luggage etc
* Concierge, plus access to the building gym
About me-
* I’m 27 and work in Business Development in the bakery industry
* I like to keep common areas clean but also lived in and am not super OCD about it
* Hobbies include baking (will save some for you), cooking, reading, gym- the usual
* I like being social, so definitely down for a glass of wine some evenings but also like my own space and you’d have that too
* I’m a vegetarian, so that’s a bonus if you are too haha🌱
About you-
* Working professional only, for tenancy reasons
* Respectful of common spaces and items and like being tidy as well

Location-
Bromley by bow is a safe residential area, I’ve lived here 2 years and can vouch for this! A 4 minute walk to Hammersmith and District lines and a 6 minute walk to Devons Road for the DLR. Close to Stratford, 15 minutes to Canary Wharf, 20 minutes to Liverpool Street. Sainsburys Local is literally 2 minutes away, a big Tesco is about 8 minutes.
Details-
* Rent will be £1156 excl bills
* Bills come up to roughly £150pp a month
* Gym membership- one-off payment of £40 for access to the gym for the entire duration of the tenancy
* Start date- 5th September but there’s some flexibility here
* Since you’ll be taking over from the previous flatmate, a £50 admin fee is applicable
* Council band D
