Bright double room in Bow. Living with 2 gals x

Hey! 2 gals looking for a new flatmate for our top floor flat in Bow (no lift sorry!), after our current friend is moving to Manchester! Looking to fill from end July☀️

Ellen is working in fashion buying and Lauren is working in fashion design. Both WFH Monday & Friday.

We’re looking for another sociable girly who likes staying in and watching telly but also loves being out and about & having a boogie.

We both stay active with Ellen being part of a local swimming club and Lauren training jiu-jitsu. We love sitting in the park on a sunny day, having a giggle and exploring the city. As well as the ocasional festival and event😛 We also love a good craft sesh lol

We’re clean, respectful of space but enjoy spending time in the living room together and are looking for someone we can be friends with!

The boring stuff:

3 equally sized bed rooms, 1 bathroom and separate living room and kitchen with a dishwasher.
Rent is £866.67 a month and we don’t think it will be increasing.
Utility bills less than £70 pcm
Council tax £59 pcm
Less than 10 mins walk to Bow Road station and Devon’s Road DLR. Less than 20 mins walk to Mile End station.
