I am looking to sublet my double ensuite room in Bow from Mid-September onwards ~ am flexible on move-in date :)

The apartment: Our flat is a three bedroom, 12th floor apartment with west facing large balcony overlooking the city. My room is the master bedroom with ensuite and east facing window. The room has plenty of space (I work from home on Fridays and have a desk in the room which can be left).

The flat mates: Ross and Eamon are two friendly Irish 28 year old's, both love to cook for each other & hang-out. We're all super friendly and welcoming. Sometimes we hang-out in the living room but equally can do our own thing.

This room would be ideal for someone looking to stay until next year as I will be looking for someone to transfer my part of the lease to, given that I am moving in with my girlfriend.

Rent per month is £1,100 excluding bills (bills are £160 on average per month).

Kitchen is stocked with airfryer, slow cooker, washing machine, dish washer, hoover.
