En-suite Double Bedroom in Bromley by Bow

Hi, I'm Selena and I'm looking for a friendly student to rent the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom flat in Bromley by Bow. I am a live-in landlord so you will be sharing the flat with me.

I am a 3rd year physics student at King's College London. I enjoy music, socialising with friends, watching movies and exploring London.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom with its own ensuite, and is in great condition. It comes furnished, with a desk, desk chair, double bed and a built in wardrobe. The flat has a shared kitchen-living room with a TV and a balcony. The building is off-road, quiet, secure and has a concierge that tends to issues quickly.

The flat is very conveniently located, less than a 5 minute walk from Bromley by Bow tube station which is on the District line and Hammersmith and City line. Devons Road DLR station is a 5 minute walk away which is only a couple stops away from both Canary Wharf and Stratford making it easy to get around London.

There is also a big Tesco, a gym and cafes all within a 5 minute walk away and lovely canals which are great for walking or jogging along.

Im looking for someone who is sociable, considerate and clean. I'd ideally like someone who enjoys a chat and is happy sharing a home, while also respecting each other's space and privacy.
