The washing machine/dryer is new and super quiet, with only around a year of use.

About the Flat

Located in a new building, 15th floor.

The living room is very spacious, and filled with natural light, with lots of windows and a large balcony that’s perfect for summer. We also have underfloor heating, which is particularly nice during the winter.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of storage space.

Great Location

The flat is super well connected right next to Bromley-by-Bow station and just a 5-minute walk from Devons Road DLR.

There’s also a bus stop directly in front of the building. Tesco is around a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a fresh food shop just 3 minutes away.
