Everything’s here already. Good bedding, towels, a properly kitted-out kitchen, coffee, spices, cleaning stuff, the works. All bills are included, and a cleaner comes regularly. You could turn up with a suitcase and be completely set up by the evening. That’s genuinely who this is aimed at - people relocating to London, starting a new job, between places, or just tired of the admin that comes with a normal flatshare.

Room 1 is a bright, south-facing double with its own desk space, screen, and built-in wardrobe. Shares the guest bathroom. Available from 1st November.

Room 2 is bigger, with a king bed and a west-facing window; it also has its own WFH area and built-in wardrobe, with the same bathroom setup. Available from 5th October.

Both are properly furnished, not “here’s a mattress, good luck.”

The flat itself has a comfy sofa, a 65”8K TV and a decent sound system in the living room, fast wifi, streaming already set up, and there’s a gym (Gym Group) on the ground floor of the building. It’s a genuinely nice place actually to live, not just crash in. The building has 24-hour concierge service and bike storage.
A bit about me: I’m 42, easy-going, and split my time between working from home a couple of days a week and travelling. I’m either just back from somewhere or planning the next trip. I’ve got a lot of plants, so fair warning. I’ve lived in shared houses for years, and I care about getting the balance right: friendly when people want to hang out, completely left alone when they don’t.

This is an LGBT household, so I’m looking for people who are genuinely comfortable and easy in that kind of home, not just tolerant of it.

I’m not big on house rules. If you’re considerate and clean up after yourself, that covers most of it.
