👋 A Little About Me
I'm a working professional in the charity sector, with a mix of working from home and going into the office.
Outside of work, I love coffee dates, charity shop finds, baking, and cheerleading! I enjoy a good catch-up and spending time with friends, but equally appreciate a cosy night in and some downtime.

I'd love to find someone who's friendly, tidy and considerate, and who enjoys having a relaxed, welcoming home. Ideally, we'd be able to have a chat or dinner together from time to time while also respecting each other's personal space. I've loved living with my current flatmate/friend and would ideally love to find someone to become genuine friends with rather than just flatmates.

📅 Availability
The room will be available around early/mid December, with some flexibility on the exact move-in date.
This will be a formal tenancy swap, subject to landlord approval and referencing.
