Room 1 is small at 2.44 by 2.86 and Room 2 is large at 2.43m by 3.95m. The house features fast broadband, one bathroom, a WC, a living room/storage room and a kitchen. Each bedroom has a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The other flatmates are 1 girl and 3 guys in, their mid-twenties to thirties. The number of occupants is limited to a total of 5, so there is only space to bring it up to five.

It's 5 mins walk to Bromley-by-Bow tube station, which is on the District line, and 7 mins walk to DLR station, so just 20 mins to central London and 17 minutes to Canary Wharf.

Also, it's close to the N205, N108, N8 & 25 night bus routes.

If you cycle, it is in a great place - just close enough to everything, but far enough away for a good ride to keep your fitness levels up. Plus there's a Santander Cycles (Boris bike) docking station 2 minutes walk from the flat on Devons Rd, where you can rent a bike.
