Hey! We are looking for 1 friendly, easygoing flat mate to rent our lovely room for the next term in our lovely 2-storey flat. The rent is £875 per calendar month, and the bills comes up to around £90 pcm which includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity).

The room is spacious, fully furnished, and has a large window overlooking a beautiful garden letting in amazing natural light and fresh air. You’ll be sharing a well-equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a cozy patio, perfect for chilling or enjoying a coffee outside.

Our flat is in a super convenient location: just a 5-minute walk to Brondesbury Overground and 8 minutes to Kilburn Station, 10 mins walk to West Hampstead Overground & Underground, and a 15 min walk to Thameslink. There are 24/7 grocery stores, a Primark, and a lovely park with a free outdoor gym just a few minutes away.

You’ll be joining an inclusive and warm household. We love cooking, cleaning, and sometimes even singing together, the vibe here is relaxed and homely.
