1-2 nights a week let in Brondesbury

1 night a week: £300 a month
2 nights a week: £400 a month

A good sized double bedroom in a 2 bed maisonette right next to Brondesbury overground and Kilburn underground station. You’d be sharing with my boyfriend and me, who have the upstairs bedroom. Available from July 2026 (date negotiable).

Looking for a part-time tenant for approx 1-2 nights a week (bills included).

For previous part-time tenants, I've provided clean bedding and a towel and happy to continue to do this!

There's a shared living room and kitchen, with modern furnishings. The property has one main bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and milk frother.

Perfect for someone living outside of London but working in a London office a couple of days a week!

I work for a TV drama production company and my boyfriend works for a trade union. I've lived here for 3+ years and it's a nice and homely place to live!
