I'm moving out of my lovely home and looking for someone to take over my room - genuinely sad to be leaving, but hoping to find someone who'll love it as much as I have!

The Room:
A spacious double room with a beautiful view straight into a lovely gardens. Full fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage (including under the bed), easily fits a desk, and the light throughout the day is gorgeous ☀️.

The Flat:
The 2 bedroom apartment is flooded with natural light - big sash windows and skylight on the staircase. It has a really unique layout: split across two levels, which makes it feel very private.
The open-plan living and kitchen area is bright, airy and kept nice and tidy (incl. very comfy couches and full of plants 🪴). The kitchen is well-equipped - great for anyone who loves to cook.

Your Housemate:
She's sweet, easy-going, and has lived here for several years because she genuinely loves the space and the area. We're looking for someone who is neat and loves a laugh!

Tucked away on a peaceful, green street but brilliantly connected:
🚇 7 min walk to Kilburn (Jubilee line)
🚆 5 min walk to Brondesbury (Overground Mildmay line)
🌳 13 min stroll to West Hampstead and Queens Park (has a lovely Sunday farmers' markets)
Shops and cafés all close by ☕🥐
