We're looking for a flatmate to join us in Brondesbury Park

Move in: 5th August
Rent: £825 per month (pending confirmation of rent increase, not expected to be more than £860/month)
Bills: £120/month

THE ROOM
• Double room with queen-size bed, a mirror, and built-in wardrobe and storage.
• Mezzanine platform in the room suitable for occasional guest stays or as storage
• Space for possible desk

FLAT
• Spacious, double-height living room, recently fitted with a new carpet
• Large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven, and hobs
• Shared bathroom
• Locked cycle storage beneath entrance steps
• Reserved parking space for one vehicle
• Council tax band: D

THE FLATMATES
• We are two professionals: George (28), a finance analyst, and Matthew (25), a policy adviser. Usually, we both work four days a week in the office.
• We're quite a sporty household (swimming/cycling/running/gym) but also enjoy games nights, podcasts/music, catching up with friends and the occasional night out.
• We enjoy chatting in the evenings after work and doing the occasional activity together at weekends like swimming in Hampstead Ponds.

YOU
• We are looking for a friendly, easy-going, and considerate flatmate who will fit in with us - someone who we can become friends with and laugh with, not just a flatmate.
• The room would suit someone who works in the office most of the week, but wfh one or two days per week is fine.

TRANSPORT
• 7 mins walk to Kilburn (Jubilee)
• 5 mins walk to both Brondesbury & Brondesbury Park (Mildmay Line - Overground)
• 15 mins walk to West Hampstead Thameslink
• 15 mins walk to Queen's Park (Bakerloo)
• 20 mins door-to-door to Baker Street/Bond Street, and around 30 mins to most major train stations.

THE AREA
• Residential road between Queen's Park and Kilburn High Road
• All the amenities of Queen's Park High Street (incl. the UK's top farmer's market, coffee shops and gyms) are a 10 mins walk away.
