Studio in Dandi Brondesbury

I’m leaving London and therefore need someone to replace me in my contract. Current flats in the building are being rented out for a higher rate but because I signed my contract last year, my flat is still at the lower rate. The contract is until March 2026 (extendable), but I’m leaving the country and therefore need to find a replacement.

The flat itself has a small kitchen (full size fridge and freezer) with lots of storage, a separate bathroom with an Italian shower, and a big double bed that can be raised to the ceiling for extra room. It comes with a table, a sofa, a flat screen TV, and WiFi. I have a beautiful view of the garden area from my flat. My windows are always open to hear the bird sounds and get fresh air in.

The building is like a sanctuary in London. It feels like you’re living in a hotel. A 15 minute walk away from Queens Park (my favourite part of London), and a 6 minute walk away from the jubilee line. It has a gym, multiple coworking spaces, a private dining space with a beautiful kitchen, a cinema, a whole outdoor area with a barbecue, swings, and activities/events hosted all the time. I absolutely loved living here and it’s very bitter sweet to be leaving. I have also met such amazing friends through the building, the community is so lovely! They do a coffee “hour” every morning between 7:30-9:30 where you can get free coffee and speak to people or just grab it and go.
