We have a lovely en-suite bedroom for a single person (1 King double bed, 1 desk, 1 double doors wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, to rent for £1225 month, all bills included in our large friendly 5 bedroom house with a very nice private garden (including swimming pool, lounging chairs, boxing bag and bbq) (into a private residence).
Bathroom with bath, separate toilet with a 2nd toilet on the ground floor, lovely big living/dinning room, kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, 2 fridges (! to share with another person only) a dishwasher, soda stream, filtered pure water machine with hot water on demand (no more kettle!)
We are 3 girls, 1 boy and 2 cats.
The House is located 14 min walk from Kilburn tube station (Jubilee line) &Queens park tube station (Bakerloo line) and 7 min for the overground station Brondesbury park.
We are very friendly and happy, we love cooking and watching movies together:)
