I’m Giacomo, a 23-year-old Italian student moving to London at the end of August to start an MA in Interior Design at the Royal College of Art.

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my flat with from the end of August / beginning of September.

Location: W14 0LL — Brook Green, West London

The flat is in a lovely residential area between Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington and Hammersmith, with great transport links across London.

Transport:
• Around 5 minutes’ walk to Shepherd’s Bush Station (Central line)
• Around 5 minutes’ walk to Kensington Olympia (Overground / District line)
• Close to Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith
• Easy access to Central, West and South-West London

The location is particularly convenient for students, with the Royal College of Art, Imperial College London, Royal College of Music and other universities around Kensington and South Kensington easily accessible.

You’re also close to Westfield London, Holland Park, Kensington, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.

A little about me: I’m a design student, quite social and easy-going. I’m always up for grabbing a drink, cooking together or exploring London, but I also really value having a clean, respectful and comfortable home.
