Double Room in Brook Green

A double room available in my rental apartment. 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station (picaildilly and district line) and under ten minutes walk to Shepard's Bush or Goldhawk road (Central and Hammersmith and city line).

The room is close to Shepard's bush road, with lots of great pubs, restaurants and bars in a walking distance. It's a community feel in Brook Green and great connections. The room itself is spacious, quiet and warm. Shared kitchen and bathroom but only between two people. The room is partially furnished, and will have a chest of draws, wardrobe and bed. The current picture shows much of my current housemates furniture. We also have a third, spare room for guests or to create a social space if we wanted.

No agents needed, and the landlord is friendly and lives closely if ever anything is needed.

I am a teacher, I enjoy keeping the flat quiet and go out to socialise so I can keep the apartment a quiet space. I'm looking for a housemate with a similar desire to keep the place a flat which we can come back to to relax. Otherwise, I like to cook at the weekend and catch up with my housemate too, so some socialising is great!

The flat has a washing machine, oven, gas stove, air fryer, and keeps the heat during winter. I've been here for two years and enjoy the location a lot.
