Double room in large 2-bed flat - Caledonian Rd

I am looking for a new tenant to join me in a two-bedroom, apartment around a 7 minute walk away from Caledonian Road tube station and 12 minute walk away from Holloway high road.

I am looking for someone to move in on 3rd September until at least next August (happy to discuss). As such, I am open to students/young professionals aged between 21-35 who are preferably female as well.

We have a large living room and kitchen area with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a shared bathroom (including a bath and shower).

Your room will have a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

This is one of three apartments in the building, the other two are students/young professionals who have been quiet and considerate throughout my stay.

I am a friendly and easy-going person. I love running, reading, video games and catching up with friends either in the flat or at the pub.

I work full-time in law and split my time between working from home (largely in my room) and going in the office.

I am looking for a friendly, chill person who is up for being social from time to time and go to the pub, watch a movie or go for a run together.

I am looking for someone who is considerate and clean and who is looking to consider this place a home. You are more than welcome to bring over friends/partners as long as you are considerate etc.

Rent will be £1202.50 a month. Bills are approximately £80-90 a month for water, broadband and gas and electricity. Council tax band D works out to around £95 per person per month.
