I have an ensuite room available in my flat from the beginning of September (move in date flexible).

Minimum 1 month contract, and can be discussed either on a rolling basis or whatever suits you.

About the flat:

- Fully furnished and equipped kitchen
- Dishwasher
- Elevator building
- 24hr Concierge - they can accept packages anytime when you're not home
- Gym (Gym Group) at the bottom of the building where residents get £22/month membership

The room is an ensuite so you'll have your own bathroom + a giant wardrobe. The bed also has a divan base for extra storage. Mattress is only 2 years old and has always been used with mattress protector. Blackout curtains to be installed for extra good sleep!

There is enough space to fit a desk if the bed if moved to the wall.

Large North facing balcony.

5 min walk to Caledonian Rd Tube Station (Piccadilly Line)
10 min walk to Caledonian Rd Barnsbury Overground (Mildmay Line)
15min or so bike to East London
30min run if your a fitness fanatic to beautiful Clissold park / Walthamstow area

Tesco/Sainsbury is a 5min walk away + there's a lovely organic shop literally across the road.

About me - I'm a 32 year old professional dancer/performer. I work freelance so can be away for weeks or if I'm in London, am always out and about.

My ideal housemate is clean and respectful. (No shoes inside the house is a big one for me!) Up for a chat but also very respectful of each other's spaces in the home.
I am quite sociable so friends welcome anytime.

I don't mind if you vape inside the home but if you smoke, obviously use the balcony.
