A double room with lots of natural light, a desk and 2 wardrobes. (Normally Full Flat for yourself from friday 2 pm to sunday 8 pm £1500/month, all bills included and access to the garden) I will confirm this max on the 10th of april. If not confirmed I will reduce the monthly rent. Available from 15th of April 2026

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station, which is about 10–15 minutes to Leicester Square/Covent Garden by tube (Piccadilly Line), and just one stop from King’s Cross, where most lines are available.
You can also take a bus about 10 minutes to Camden Town or 35 minutes to Leicester Square. Very practical location!
The area is safe.
I work in the film and music industries and also run a tech business.
