Hello! My current flatmate is moving out of country so I'm looking for someone to take her room from 10th Oct.

The flat is really nice with ample sunlight and view of a park.
Your room itself is very spacious and has really nice window and natural light. It is a large double ensuite room with a double bed, double wardrobe with mirrors, side tables and attached bathroom.
Bills are all Not included in the rent and flat is maintained by the agency and it is very responsive with any problems we have.

This flat is at an excellent location just 4 minutes walk from the Caledonian Road station with very easy access to central London. Service by piccadilly line. Overground is also 10 mins walk away. Bus stop to central London is just outside the building. 
Great access to Grocery shops, tennis courts.

My name is Apoorva and I'm a female working professional in my late 30s. I enjoy doing yoga, travelling, dancing. I occasionally go out with friends or have them over for a meal. It’s more of a peaceful, friendly home than a party flat.

💫 Who I’m Looking For:
Ideally, I’d love to find a flatmate with a similar lifestyle, a friendly and considerate professional who appreciates a tidy, clean, leads a quiet and clam lifestyle and keeps the house nice to live in. Also a non smoker and drinker. Suitable for sole FEMALE preferred in their 30s. It would be nice to have someone who likes to hang out and enjoys time together, but also respects each other's space. I like to keep the flat especially the shared areas super-clean and expect the same. I’m veggie so looking for a vegetarian or vegan.
If you are a party person or does not like keeping the shared space clean, this home is not for you.

Rent is £1210pcm, bills are not included but they will be split in half.
