Double room with Balcony opp. tube

Located opposite Caledonian Road Underground station in a secure building.

Furnished with a double bed with a hardly used memory foam Emma mattress, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and large chest of drawers with access to the balcony which runs the length of the flat and is also accessed from the living room. There is a desk and office chair in the room but can be removed if you prefer.

All bills included plus weekly cleaner and Sky Q boxes in the bedroom and shared living room with Sky Sports/Movies and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and air fryer.

The room is in a 2 bedroom flat shared with myself the owner, I am sociable but also respectful of others' privacy. Would best suit a tidyish and considerate professional. I'm a professional working in finance and enjoy travelling, fitness and catching up with friends. I don't smoke but no problem with smoking on the balcony.
