I am looking for a young professional to share a bright and comfortable two‑bedroom flat at Centurion Close, N7 8UF. The flat has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area, and there is enough space to set up a desk for working from home. The bathroom is shared.
The room available is furnished with a queen‑sized sofa bed, which works well for everyday use, though adding a mattress on top would make it more comfortable. The room also includes a desk, wardrobe, lamp, and a couple of bookshelves.
The flat is modern throughout, fully furnished, and equipped with all the usual appliances. It is well located between Caledonian Road and Highbury & Islington, with both the Piccadilly and Victoria lines within about fifteen minutes’ walk.
I am hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, and enjoys living in a relaxed and friendly flat share. The room will be available from April. As I will be abroad until then, arranging viewings may require a little coordination, but I will do my best to make it work.
