Double room with en-suite | Islington | £1,200 pcm

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely two-bed, two-bath flat near Caledonian Road station (4-minute walk) with great bus connections and full-sized supermarkets on Holloway Road.

About the room:
The room is a good-sized double with its own en-suite bathroom. The flat has wood flooring in the living areas and a lovely bay window that makes it feel bigger than it is. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The desk and bedside table are also available to buy if you’d like them.

Room is £1200/month bills not included. Council tax is band D.

About me:
In my 30’s, working professional from America. I work from home most of the week, and I genuinely love where I live. I’m looking for someone who enjoys a bit of flatmate life - a catch-up over dinner or a series to watch together - but who also has their own thing going on. I care about keeping a comfortable home and think good communication about the small stuff goes a long way (agreeing on how we keep shared spaces, accepting each other’s parcels, that kind of thing).

What I’m looking for:
• Someone who works hybrid, with at least 3 days in the office - I’m home most of the week and need the living space during the day as my room is tiny!
• Ideally in your 30s (though not a dealbreaker if we’re otherwise a great fit)
• Someone who naturally pitches in to keep shared spaces clean and tidy - would love to avoid cleaning rotas
• Easy to communicate with about everyday flat stuff
• Non-smoker and pet-free
