Hi, we are Ró, Chloé, Jenny and George.
We are looking to fill the 5th room in our house as our current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.
Available from 1st August. We are looking for a 30 something working professional to take a room in a large spacious house. The house is self-contained with a whole floor of communal shared space including a living area, dining room, kitchen and a lovely garden. Along with space for a bike under the stairs. There is one bathroom and one shower room. The room available is on the first floor, facing the garden.
The house also has 2 other rooms which are used for storage and hanging up laundry.
The house is in easy access distance to Camden, Angel, Holloway, Highgate and Hampstead Heath. 9 min walk to Caledonian Road Underground, 20 min walk to Overground, Bus routes to the West End and lots of easy access to green space.
The current housemates are all working professionals, British, Irish & Cypriot. Age 28+. Happy to share a meal and hangout but also understand that people have their own lives and need their personal space. We try to keep the place fairly tidy.
The bills are shared equally by housemates and currently work out to about £140 per month each housemate to cover utilities, water, internet and council tax. Housemates will also cover usual basic household items. Deposit of 5 weeks is required as well as cleared references.
