Quiet, female flatshare in a great location

It's a large room, as shown. It was refurbished a couple of years ago. There is also a large kitchen, no lounge. The bathroom is admittedly rather run down. I have in mind to paint. The flat is on the third and fourth floors (stairs - no lift).

The location is excellent, very convenient, great transport links, and we're friendly with the neighbours. We've lived here for years.

The landlord is pretty hands-off, but is responsive when it comes to repairs. Council tax, Wi-Fi and utilities are included, but we try to be mindful and conserve energy.

The room is only available to single females, like ourselves. We're British and Swedish. I work partly from home, in education. We're "middle-aged", and would maybe prefer someone a bit older like us, but not necessarily.

Above all, we like the flat to be quiet and peaceful. We're looking for a polite, respectful, easygoing woman. The room is available now.
