My flatmate is going away, so I’m looking for someone to take her room for 1–15 September.
The room has large south-facing windows, so it gets loads of natural light throughout the day, and comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
The house is in a lovely, quiet residential area but is exceptionally well connected:
5-minute walk to Caledonian Road tube
Plenty of bus connections nearby
Around 30 minutes' walk to King's Cross
Easy access to central London while still being in a peaceful neighbourhood
Garden access, which is a nice bonus for a central London house
About the house & us
You’d be sharing with two people in their mid 20s - early 30s: I'm a Masters student working on making tech equitable, but honestly my real passion is reality TV. My flatmate is a comedian with an angelic voice and a pulse on pop culture.
We’re both sociable and friendly, but we also really understand personal space. We’re out of the house for most of the day, so it’s generally a quiet and relaxed place to come home to.
We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate of the house and its rules.
