Big Double Room in Caledonian Road

We are looking for a friendly, clean and easy‑going 25-30 year old girly to join our lovely 3 bed flat on Hillmarton Road. You’ll be replacing our flatmate who is moving out in November to move in with her partner.

The flat is a ground floor flat with separate living room, kitchen and a huge shared garden with patio area. The flat is a 7 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station and a 7 minute walk to Holloway Road where you’ll find big supermarkets like Morrison and Lidl as well as lots of cafes, pubs and a great odeon luxe cinema. The landlord is always on hand should you need them and we have a really good relationship with them.

The room is spacious, quiet and fully furnished. The flat also has a big living room and modern blue kitchen!

You’ll be sharing the flat with Anissa and Simi. Simi is 28 and works in insurance - so works from home a couple of days during the week. Anissa is 29 and a vet nurse so is out at work most days during the week.

Rent is £750 per month with bills around £200 per month although varies - Council Tax Band E. Deposit is £866. Move in start of November.
