I’m looking for a friendly, considerate person to share my lovely two-bedroom flat in N7.

* Gym directly across the building, 10 seconds walk from building door

* 4-minute walk to Caledonian Road station, which is 1 stop to King’s Cross on the Piccadilly line
* Direct Piccadilly line to Heathrow Airport
* Several supermarkets/grocery stores within a 5-minute walk
* Around 5 minutes’ walk to Caledonian Park
* Around 5 minutes to Islington Tennis Centre, with gym, tennis courts and nearby football pitches
* Padel club around 10 minutes’ walk away
* Easy access to King’s Cross, Angel, Camden and central London on foot

The room
* Spacious double bedroom
* Furnished with a double bed and large, 4-door wardrobe
* Bathroom with a bathtub across the room
* £1625 pcm rent
* Bills not included; estimated £200 per person all in (heating, electricity, water, wifi, council tax, whole flat cleaning 2-3 times a month)
* Available from beginning of November
* Short lets are okay

About me
* 37, working in consulting
* Sociable but also enjoy having a calm home
* Into travelling, yoga/pilates, padel, fitness, reading, arts, and quality time with friends
* I work from home most of the week, but step out frequently
* Have high hygiene standards

Who I’m looking for
* Friendly, easy-going, clean and considerate
* Someone with their own life and routine who wants the flat to feel like home
* Ideally someone who mostly works from an office/workplace rather than from home full-time, as I already WFH most of the week
* Someone who is respectful of shared spaces and generally easy to live with
