Lovely double room in a friendly, international house in Islington
I'm sadly leaving my lovely room as I'm moving back to Spain for a while, so I'm looking for someone to take over from me.

I'm genuinely very sad to leave as I've really enjoyed living here and the house has become a bit of a London family
for me.

The room is a furnished double room on the ground floor, with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's not a huge room, but it's cosy and has a decent amount of storage.

The house is in a great location, just off Caledonian Road. Caledonian Road Tube is literally a 3-minute walk away (Piccadilly Line), and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground is around 12 minutes away. King's Cross, Angel and Camden are all around a 25-minute walk, and Highbury, Holloway Road and Finsbury Park are also very close.
There are loads of supermarkets nearby too (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Co-op, Nisa, Morrisons and Waitrose...).

The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, as one of the bedrooms has its own ensuite.

You would be sharing the main bathroom with two girls only (Christina and Kaixin).

There's a big shared living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a nice outdoor patio that gets the afternoon sun.
We also have a bike rack, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, superfast broadband and a cleaner every two weeks.

Everyone in the house is friendly and we're a really international mix of different ages, nationalities and backgrounds. We're all busy professionals with our own lives, so everyone has their own space and schedule, but it's also a social and friendly home where people chat.
It's a very open-minded, LGBTQ and vegetarian-friendly house.

Rent is £790.90 per month, plus approximately £90-£120 per person for bills, including council tax, broadband, TV licence, gas/electricity, water and the cleaner. Bills can vary a little depending on the time of year.

The contract runs from the 2nd of each month, and I'll be moving out on 1st December.

* Most of the furniture in the room is mine, so it you'd like to keep it as it is, I'd be happy to sell it to you. Otherwise, I can remove my furniture and leave the original furniture provided by the house.
