1 min to Caledonian Road, 1 station to Kings Cross

Hi there!

I am a postgraduate student at UCL and I will go home to do my thesis by the end of March. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can continue my contract until the end of September. Afterwards you can extend your contract if needed. If you have to leave earlier than September you just have to find someone else to continue the contract.

The location is perfect, it is 1 min walk (or even less) from Caledonian Road tube station, one station from/to Kings Cross! It is located in the residential area so it is quiet. The room is not big but it is very bright and lovely. We have a big kitchen, one bathroom with two showers inside, and an extra toilet. We have very international (British, Hungarian, Greek) and nice flatmates (postgraduate students and professionals). Right next to the tube station there are 3 supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys, Nisa), Costa Cafe, and a Chinese take-out. There are also two parks nearby 2-3 min walking distance. Night bus to Caledonian Station too.

Bills are included. The contract shows including up to GBP20 per month, but as long as you dont have some weird energy highly consuming machine with you it should be fine :) This is a peaceful share-flat so please no night shift or party animal, playing loud music, leaving uncleaned dishes, etc. We are looking for someone who is respectful, quiet, and tidy.

There is quite some storage place in the room (a build-in wardrobe, large space under the bed for suitcase, and a closet next to the bed).
