We’re looking for a flatmate to take our spacious spare room. It’s a large room with high ceilings and a lovely view over communal gardens, so it feels bright and airy throughout the day.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly couple in their mid-30s with creative backgrounds, both working in a hybrid setup. We’re fairly relaxed and sociable, but also respectful of each other’s space, so it’s a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat.

The flat is in a great location for transport:

1-minute walk to bus stops (routes 12, 35, 40, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 185)
15-minute walk to Oval (Northern line) and Denmark Hill (Overground / National Rail)
20-minute walk to Elephant & Castle

Camberwell’s bars, restaurants, and shops are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

The flat also has a shared dining area and a small private courtyard.

Details:

Rent: £897 per month (all bills included)
Deposit: £1,035 (5 weeks’ rent)
Minimum stay: 2 months (short lets welcome)
No maximum stay
