Free room in exchange for limited childcare

The house

We have a beautiful room in a gorgeous Edwardian house available for someone who would be able to help with childcare (~15 hrs/week).
We require someone to do the following Monday - Wednesday:
Get our three children (Albert 10, Stella 8, and Clement 5), up and dressed, give them breakfast and take them to school/nursery. During the day prepare their dinner and tidy up breakfast. Then collect them from school, take them to any clubs and then give them dinner. We have a cargo bike to cycle them to school so you need to be confident on a bike.
There is the possibility of paying the correct person for help on a Thursday.
We would also like a little light housework (to stay on-top of the kids mess!) and one babysitting night a fortnight (although again flexible). We are very relaxed and can sort out the finer points when we meet you.
The house is a minute away from a lovely park and walking distance from Camberwell, Oval and Brixton.
Applicants MUST have previous childcare experience. We have had previous house mates in the above role should you require a reference from us.
We have a cat!
