Hello
We are looking for someone easy going to take our double room, ideally short term(but flexible). We’re located a 10mins walk from kings college hospital and 15mins walk from Denmark Hill station as well as a 15mins walk from Oval.
We have a sweet cat and a lovely clean house in a cul de sac in Camberwell with a garden and a parking space if needed. Rent includes bills. We are a friendly bunch who love to share our time but appreciate our own company. The house is a family home, we enjoy games night and might have the occasional friend popping around and stay for a few nights. My granddaughter who is 4 stays with us every other weekend and I am usually away the other two weekends of the month.
We enjoy sharing our meal times and would often leave a spare plate when we cook.
