Bright and calm split level flat in Camberwell

Hello!

The flat is situated 5 minutes from Camberwell green in a friendly estate. Split across the top two floors of a 4 storey building.

The three rooms are all upstairs, one office and two bedrooms.

The room to rent is a bright double room with storage and a wood floor. It looks out over London with a view towards the Shard. There is a bed, but it can be moved if you have your own.

Downstairs is a shared living room, kitchen & a bathroom with walk in shower. The flat has fast broadband & a washing machine. We also have a bench and bar/table outside on the shared balcony space.

I am a documentary film editor, born in London and I co-own the flat with a close friend who currently lives abroad. I mostly work in town during the week, with the occasional job from home. I am pretty easy going, I like films, books, cooking, etc etc... I'm active and enjoy swimming, climbing, basketball. I'm out alot and happy hanging out just as much as chilling alone, but the flat is relatively close living, so I am looking for someone and respectful who is easy to live with - and hopefully nice and friendly too!

The room is available from mid March but could be slightly earlier if needed.
