The house is split onto 3 floors with 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, garden and big living room. We also have a basement and hall cupboard for extra storage. This room is on the ground floor, next to the front room and the downstairs bathroom (which will be mostly yours as the others use the upstairs one more ).

The room has a lot of space, fits a double bed plus big desk and storage space (comes furnished). Also a big window with a view of the garden.

You will share with 3 other ual students who are going into their 3rd year (2 guys and a girl) . Great location (5 minutes or less walk to camberwell college of arts, 10 minute walk to camberwell and 10 minutes to peckham). Lovely residential area with lovely neighbours too.
