I have two rooms available in Camberwell in a house shared with myself. One of the rooms is an en-suite. I would like to rent to either a couple who would take both rooms and use the second room as a private living room/study or to two individuals who would have a room each and share a living room with me. We will also share the kitchen, garden and main bathroom. There is a secure place to store bicycles in the garden. Bills are included. On street parking can be organised with the council. I am a live in landlady in my 50s. I am often away and during these times you’ll have the space to yourselves. I am looking for people who are very clean and tidy and can keep the communal areas of the flat clean when I am travelling. An option cld be to share the costs of a cleaner. The flat is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Oval station on the Northern line, a 10 minute bus ride to Vauxhall on the Victoria line, a 15 minute bus ride to Victoria.
