We are a clean, friendly and respectful household looking for someone who appreciates living in a calm space, preferably not working from home.

The house is located within 18 minutes from Elephant & Castle and 30 mins from Waterloo.
Buses to all of London on doorstep. Burgess park is 1 minute walk with other green spaces nearby.

The room is furnished with wooden bed, pocket sprung mattress, wardrobe, wooden desk and book shelf.

Communal areas comprise large kitchen with dining area and adjoining sitting room, garden space, joint toilet and bathroom shared with only one of the housemates.

Monthly rent is NOT inclusive of bills inc council tax (band D), utilities and fibre-optic internet connection.

Contract: 3 month Fixed term, Periodic contract, thereafter.

To secure the room and remove the ad, a £500 payment is required in advance, with the rest payable on arrival.
