I have a double room and large bathroom available in a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Camberwell. The flat has amazing views north and is walking distance to Oval Tube (15-20mins) and both Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill train stations (10-15mins). It's located very close to The Bear pub if you know the area.
The flat is a perfect location for anyone who works at Kings College Hospital and offers great access to central London, Peckham, Brixton, Dulwich and surrounding areas.
THE ROOM & LODGINGS
A medium sized room with desk, wardrobe, drawers and a double ottoman bed with storage. Included in the monthly rent is broadband, Sky TV (including sports) and a regular cleaner. The main bathroom in the flat will predominantly be yours as I have an en-suite. The bathroom includes both bath and shower.

THE FLAT
The flat is above average size, has loads of daylight and has awesome views of Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament and the Shard. A large, west facing balcony that gets the sun in the late afternoon and evening and a kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a full suite of pots, pans, cutlery etc. More than happy to share if things are well looked after.
ME
I've recently set-up my own marketing consultancy so work from home a lot. Most week-nights I'll be in the Gym and/or chilling in front of the TV (mostly sport!) with regular trips to the pub thrown in for good measure. Big into most sports, read and listen to podcasts regularly and do CrossFit style training most days.
