Cute house in Camberwell with shared living room and lovely big garden!
The cul-de-sac we live on is a quiet family area- and Camberwell is full of good pubs, restaurants and parks. The house is only an 8 minute walk from Denmark Hill Overground so you can get to Victoria in less than 30 minutes. It has good bus connections too and close to Brixton for the tube.
I work in community arts and play rugby. My flatmate is a gardener who also works in theatre. We are chill and easy to get on with. We're looking for someone we get on with who will look after our lovely little home and garden.
Our bills are roughly £170 a month but this fluctuates as we pay for what we use with gas and electric. Our council tax band is E.
