About the flat:

The spacious flat spreads over three floors and includes 3 double and 1 single room on the top floor.

The middle floor includes the renovated bathroom, a separate toilet and two large built in storage wardrobes.

On the lower floor, the flat boasts a huge and warm lounge and dining room, a big kitchen with two fridges and ample storage space. There is also a covered balcony with enough space for a table and four chairs, which is accessed via the living room.

Transport links:

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Oval tube station and 15 minute walk to Kennington tube on the Northern Line, and 20 minutes walk from Stockwell tube station on the Victoria line.

The nearest bus stops are within a 5 minute walk, on Camberwell New Road (36, 185, 436 and N136) going towards the city centre and Brixton and Camberwell Road (35,40, 42, 45 and N89) going to Elephant and Castle and Shoreditch.

There are plenty of supermarkets (Iceland, Tesco, Coop) within a 15 minute walk from the flat, with the Coop being only a 3 minute walk away.

We are surrounded by pubs, but there are loads of tennis and basketball courts and football pitches in Kennington Park, which is only a 10 minute walk away.

About the double room:

A double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair (not in images but included),chest of drawers and a shelf. The room layout will be up to you and we will be happy to accommodate any additional furniture you may have.

About the flatmates:

You will be living with Will (myself, live-in landlord) in my early 30s and am Italo-English; and Mike and Divyesh (tenants). Mike and Divyesh are British and in their early 30's.

We work full time office hours, sometimes from home, and are outgoing people who enjoy socialising with friends and flatmates at the weekends.

We are looking for someone who is independent, clean and tidy, friendly and sociable, and respectful.
